Timely enrollment of patients in adequately controlled clinical trials - asking important clinical questions - that can improve our survival and quality of life.

To achieve full enrollment, the clinical trials must compete well with regular treatment as a therapeutic decision

Appropriate patient selection - high or low risk disease

Validating or using biomarkers or clinical factors that predict response to treatment or prognosis

Good science AND good medicine
